3000 Fondren, formerly known as the Woodland Hills Building, is located in the historical Fondren district of Jackson, Mississippi. It is easily accessed by the interstate system and within sight of three major medical centers. Action Properties was committed to honoring the integrity of the 1960's art deco architecture in its revitalization process. Currently, the 3000 Fondren building is over 90 percent leased. It is the premier office facility in the Fondren area and contains many prominent doctors, lawyers, and retail spaces. 3000 Fondren is home to one of Mississippi's best known 5-star restaurants, NICKS, which is located on the first floor (home of Lakeland Optical's first firm). The 3000 Fondren building is located on one of Jackson's most traveled streets, Old Canton Road, which sees 22,000 vehicles per day. It is also located west of Interstate 55 and Lakeland Drive, where the traffic count is also 22,000 vehicles per day.

The 49 Junction Mall is located on Highway 49 at the Four Points intersection. The mall was a rehabilitation project of a vacant K-Mart building. The building was a 92,000 square foot eyesore to the town with no promise for future use. The new 49 Junction Mall contains national tenants such as Goody's, Hibbett Sporting Goods, Save-A-Lot and CitiTrends. With new additions since the opening of the mall, the center has 103,000 square feet with 100% occupancy. The mall created more out-of-town business and traffic for other merchants in the area. Now, the intersection is visited by over 14,000 vehicles per day. The 49 Junction Mall created a brighter outlook for the town, creating over 150 new jobs and generating roughly $170,000 sales tax a year for Yazoo City, with payrolls alone being more than $1 million.
